I am constantly amazed at the love of family and friends for one another. It is one of the most refreshing things to see on wedding days. Seeing this restores my faith in humanity. You see we really are more connected than we think. It only takes one person in your inner circle to be connected to another group, thus reducing the degrees of seperation. The world is constantly getting smaller and smaller, we should embrace that idea and grow with it.
A wedding has so many moving part and pieces and this group pulled together and make a truly memorable day for Jessica and Chris. When I originally started talking to Jessica about working with her, the expectation for the number or people who would travel to Fripp Island from Tennessee among other places was not extremely high. However, many did make the trip and I know that meant the world to this sweet couple. It is so obvious how much they value their families and friends. I think the last time I saw so many cousins together had to be at a family reunion, but I am willing to bet these folks get together more than just once a year.
Congratulations Jessica and Chris on your beautiful wedding, your beautiful children and your amazing families. I hope your next 50 years are as full of love, family and friends as was your wedding day!
